      Information collected is only used to conduct e-commerce transactions, register individuals for continuing educational meetings, and to obtain CE credits from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for meeting attendees.

      Information is shared with Authorize.net, Bank of America merchant services and CANA Association Manager

    3. How the customer can opt-out
      At any time, you can send an email message to canamgr@canainc.org (except for e-commerce confirmation emails) to unsubscribe from CANA’s mailing list or email service at any time.
       

  9. How we protect and secure your information
    CANA provides numerous security measures in place to protect you from the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including your credit card information if you choose to conduct an e-commerce transaction from the California Association of Nurse Anesthetists website. Utilized are industry-standard tools, such as firewalls, secure servers and other services to ensure that your information is secure and confidential.



 

Modification
CANA shall have the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove terms of this agreement at any time. Changes shall be effective immediately, and subsequent use by the User of this site shall constitute the User's acceptance of them.

Indemnity/Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall CANA or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, CANA's materials. The User specifically acknowledges and agrees that CANA is not liable for any conduct of any user.

As a condition of use of this Web site, the User agrees to indemnify CANA from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from User's use of this Web site, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by User of these terms and conditions. If the User is dissatisfied with any CANA material, or with any of CANA's terms and conditions, the User's sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the CANA Web site.

Any communication with this site or any other email transmission to CANA is non-confidential. The User authorizes CANA to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use it for any purpose. Whoever transmits any communication to this site or otherwise to CANA is solely responsible for its accuracy and completeness.

CANA's trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and products displayed at this site are protected both in the United States and internationally. Use of any of the foregoing without CANA's prior, written permission, except to identify CANA products as such, is prohibited.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Termination
 This agreement is effective until terminated by CANA, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, the disclaimers and limitations set forth in this agreement shall survive.
